How to Claim
To claim your reward you need to click on the link that we sent to you in an email — if you copy and paste the link into a browser window it won't work.
If you’ve not received your email within 30 days of your broadband being activated or, if you think you're following the right process but still can’t redeem your reward, you can also call us on 0344 381 5059*. Lines are open Monday – Friday 9am to 6pm.
* Calls to this number are charged at the same rate as 01 or 02 numbers on mobile phone tariffs.
